Meet Onebook
Onebook is a platform that provides businesses,who make and manage bookings, the opportunity to have their clients self-book their appointments with the use of a mobile app. In doing so, businesses are able to save time and money. Unlike conventional receptionists or the combination of systems, this one product is much faster, cheaper, and far less error-prone.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Oftentimes small changes or losses may go unnoticed in the short term, but over a longer period of time it adds up to make a significant difference. An example of this is the staggering amount of revenue lost due to clients not showing up to their scheduled appointments. Geber (CEO and Founder of Onebook and a qualified dentist) has found that, for some reason, most businesses are either not aware of this, or overlook the number of no-shows they have.
Having worked in an industry where bookings appointments are a means in how revenue is created, Geber has seen the effect of no-shows and has realised that there is a need for one convenient product that could be used for managing client bookings, a platform that is beneficial to the business and client. From these learnings, Onebook was created.
THE PRODUCT
Onebook alleviates a problem that every business that manages booking experiences, that is the effect of no-shows. Onebook aims to shape the service delivery industry, by simplifying the way businesses and clients communicate. And in doing so, free up time for both in an ever-changing world where time is more valuable than ever. The Onebook platform provides all the operations and communications on one single interacting platform with our differencing factor being, a platform that costs only a fraction of competitor prices.
LEARNING
Since starting his journey Geber has realized that technology has the ability to improve and elevate people and businesses. It often happens that the small individual owner who can benefit from these technologies the most, cannot afford it nor compete with larger corporate businesses. So when businesses collaborate on Onebook and share a small piece of the platform it can be possible. That is our goal and vision with Onebook, to help elevate those who might face being left behind.

WHAT IS NEXT FOR ONEBOOK?
Our mobile app is live and can be found on the App Store and Google Store. We are currently incorporating a payment system so that a user can book and pay, all on the Onebook platform. This feature will keep track of business activity and revenue created for the businesses.
Our vision for the future is to have one place (Onebook) where users can access all their booking needs across all industries such as health, beauty, finance, and more. This will enable businesses to move towards a world of automation when it comes to the management of bookings and payments.
