Heny is a booking platform and a curated tour marketplace for adventures across the continent of Africa. This digital platform and app provides a listing of experiences from local curators, designed to give customers a taste of the rich African culture. Heny both empowers travelers to discover, book, and plan unique experiences, and creates new jobs in the gig economy for Curators.
The Heny Story.
The founders of Heny are Eugene Adortsu and Philip Darlington Afflu. Both co-founders are Ghanaian and run their operations from Ghana. They are in the process of expanding their business and footprint within South Africa, and especially Cape Town. They have also been engaged in expanding their operations in East Africa.
Philip is a MSC Actuarial Science graduate from the University of Ghana and a serial entrepreneur. Eugene is a software development engineer and is a graduate of a MSC in Computer Engineering at the Ghana Technology University and MSC in MSC Cyber Security and Digital Forensics at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
